Inland Behavioral and Health Services, Inc. (IBHS) is a non-profit, federally certified, state licensed, community-based agency serving the Inland Empire since 1978. IBHS currently has three locations in the city of San Bernardino, east of Los Angeles in San Bernardino County. IBHS has two primary divisions: primary healthcare adn social services.
